About Karen

I was marinating in London but now cooking in Leeds. I have been living in Leeds for 7 years but still hold on to my London accent.  I’ve worked in various fields and qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1998 working within Care Homes, Secure Units’ Acute Wards and Prisons.  Over the years I have realised that medication is not always the answer so I expanded my role to become an EMDR Therapist and at present a Trainee Counsellor.  I enjoy working with people and get excited when people achieve their “Aha” moments. “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” -Benjamin Franklin

About Judy

Difficult and meaningful will always bring more satisfaction than easy and meaningless. Maxime Lagacé

We can easily moan and complain about how difficult life is, but when was the last time you brought some love, kindness or compassion in?

As an international Trainer with specialisms in personal development, leadership, management and coaching skills, I believe that people come first, not the job you are in but the person you are. Life is made up of a series of moments and a collection of memories. My intention is to ensure that yours are filled with laughter, joy, and the kind of peace which enables you to grow and be strong enough to create the kind of life that you chose.

Tracee Ellis Ross said

‘It was when I realised I needed to stop trying to be someone else and be myself I actually started to own, accept and love what I had.’

I am committed to helping you to achieve the same for you.

About Debbie

Hello I am a fully qualified and experienced Person Centred Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (RMBACP).

I have a BA (Hons) in Counselling Studies and gained my experience in various settings. These include GP surgery, prison mental health team, NHS community counselling, GamCare (charity supporting those affected by problem gambling). Voluntary roles I have undertaken include Rape Crisis, Women’s Aid and Open Door (community health services, anger management group).

I believe that counselling should be accessible and affordable to everyone. Although my foundation is Person Centred I work in an integrative way to support all clients facing a range of issues and difficulties.
